Hen Dance Parties FAQs

Firstly, we’ll get you all moving with a basic warm-up in the style of your chosen theme. Don’t worry, it’s nothing too intense! You’ll play some dance based games, before we put your choreography skills to the test with a dance off in groups. Your instructor will then teach you a full routine, which you’ll rehearse a couple of times until you are all performance ready. Your instructor will film your routine for you and take plenty of photos. Before you leave, there’s a complimentary bottle of bubbly for the Bride to send her on her way! We put a lot of emphasis on making sure your class is a lot of fun and you should leave with a Bounce in your step!

You can choose from a 1.5 or 2 hour class. We recommend going for the 2 hour option if you’re wanting to perform your routine at the wedding!

Our prices start from £21 per person depending on the location of your party and your group size. We can also offer discounts if you’ve got your own venue sorted.

Your dance party will be held in a fully equipped studio or function room in a town/city centre location. We can organise this for you, and it is included in the cost - No hidden extras! The majority of our venues also have parking, changing facilities and somewhere to grab refreshments, but please check with us prior to booking if you require any of these specifically.

We do have a minimum group size, but only for payment purposes. Our minimum payment is based on 10 people, so you would just need to split that between you if there’s less than 10 people.

Think about what your Bride to Be would love! If she’s got a particular love for musicals or Disney, then they would be a great option. Our most popular themes at the moment are Beyonce, Dirty Dancing and 80s, but if you’ve got a group of mixed ages and abilities, something like Charleston or Line Dancing can work well too. Yes! We love bespoke requests! Just let us know what you’re thinking, and we’ll check with your instructor.

Yes. Just a small deposit of £50 is required to secure your instructor and venue for your dance party booking. We will then issue you an invoice for your remaining balance which is due 4 weeks before your event.

Not until 4 weeks before your party! We do need a good idea of your final numbers before this to enable us to book a venue big enough for your group though. Your final balance is also due at this point, and we’ll send you a reminder nearer the time.

Yes, absolutely! Just book for everyone who you know has confirmed, then you can add additional participants right up until 3 days before your booking – There’s always room for a few stragglers! Please note though - Our instructors are unable to take any additional payments on the day.

Yes! Subject to availability of studios and instructors, we may be able to make tweaks to your booking. If you need to move the time slightly, that’s normally not a problem.

No, absolutely not! Official spectators will be given the role of cheerleaders or photographers throughout your session, so they will still feel involved. Just let us know how many so we can make sure there’s space.

Everyone! We welcome participants of all ages, abilities and genders! Our classes are taught by trained professionals who will tailor your session to the needs of your group. If it looks like someone is struggling, they’ll slow things down a tad. If you’re flying ahead, they’ll make things a little more challenging. We are happy for kids to get involved too (but please check prior to booking as age restrictions on the venues may apply).

Yes! If they’re unsure, we would advise them to seek advice from a medical professional prior to the session. We ask all participants to complete a Health Disclaimer prior to the class, to ensure that your instructor is aware of any health issues that may need to be considered throughout.

Your class will be run by a professional and experienced dance instructor. All our instructors are formally vetted before we let them loose and have experience in both the professional dance industry and teaching. They’re all fully insured as well.

Whatever you want to wear! As long as you’re comfortable and can move, you can dress up as much or as little as you like (although it is highly encouraged!). Fancy dress will help you get in the mood for your class but if you’d rather stick to joggers and trainers, that’s fine too. Take a look at our Instagram page for some inspiration!

If you’re booking a cheerleading class, we’ll provide the pom poms as they’re pretty essential to the class! Other than that, we recommend you bring your own – Amazon and ebay are great starting points! Unfortunately, there are hygiene issues involved with this and as a Nationwide company, the logistics involved in shipping makes things a tad complicated. It also means you can keep your costumes and props for the rest of your weekend!

Yes please! We love seeing as many photos as possible after our parties (Mondays are our favourite day of the week)! Your instructor will be on hand to take some too. Please make sure you share them on our social media pages using #bouncestudios!

It will depend on the venue available for your group. Please also be aware that you are responsible for your own safety throughout your session, and your instructor is within their rights to cancel your session if they feel you are under the influence to the point that your safety is at risk. Please check with us if you’re planning on having a few drinks prior or bringing alcohol with you as some venues do have strict procedures on this.

Wedding Dances FAQs

Whatever you want to be included! Our packages are designed to give you the flexibility to tailor them to your needs. What you go for will also depend on your ability and whether you require a completely choreographed routine or something simpler. Our friendly instructors will work closely with you before and during your rehearsals to create a bespoke choreographed routine suitable to your ability and tastes. They’ll take it at a pace to suit you to make sure you’ve nailed it and are feeling confident for the final performance. The cost of your tuition will depend on what’s required and how much input you need from us. Prices start at £129. Contact us at for a full breakdown of prices.

Our instructors can come to you at a time convenient to all of you, whether that’s evenings, weekends or in your lunch break. We don’t arrange a studio for wedding dance tuition as a space local to you (i.e. a community centre or even your front room or back garden) is usually a better, more flexible option.

We recommend starting your rehearsals around 2-3 months prior to the big day (or more if you can!). This gives plenty of time to make sure you’ve nailed your routine, with the flexibility to add further rehearsals if needed. We’d also recommend having your final rehearsal the week before the big day so it’s fresh in your mind.

It’s completely up to you! Whether it’s a traditional waltz or a comedy routine, we can work with your ideas to create something special to wow your guests! We can assist with song choices if necessary or provide ideas for a mash-up if you’d like something a little different!

Absolutely! Your routine will be choreographed specifically for you anyway, so we welcome song suggestions or ideas. It is YOUR big day, so it’s important to get this right. It also needs to be a song you love, as that will make your rehearsals far more enjoyable.

Yes please! We ask for a £50 deposit to book your tuition. This just means we can secure your instructor on the dates and times you have requested. Your balance will be due 4 weeks prior to your first rehearsal, and your deposit will be deducted from the full amount.

Yes! Subject to availability of your instructors, we’ll happily make changes to your rehearsal schedule for you. Your Wedding Dance routine is as important to us as it is to you, so we’ll be as flexible as we can.

Yes! Our instructor will give you a call prior to your rehearsals to get a better understanding of your abilities. They’ll then be able to tailor your routine specifically, and if they need to make changes along the way, that’s fine too!

You’ll be taught by one of our fabulous and friendly dance instructors. All our Wedding Dance instructors have experience in the industry, along with a bubbly but approachable personality to make your lessons as fun as possible and put everyone at ease. They also have a bucket load of choreography experience and Public Liability Insurance.

Anything you can comfortably move in! We would recommend wearing either the shoes you are wearing for the big day (a great opportunity to wear them in a bit!) or something very similar. Ladies, if the dress is particularly big or may give some restrictions in movement, make sure you mention this to your instructor (without the other half in ear shot!)

Yes! Subject to availability of your instructor, we will happily add extra rehearsals to your booking if you feel you need them. Our aim is to have you 110% confident in your routine, so if you’re not, make sure you let us know!

Yes! This is highly encouraged. Our instructor will film your finished routine on your phone or another device for you. Firstly, it means you can see how you look when performing, secondly it helps with independent rehearsals in your own time and thirdly, it’s a great momento from your big day preparations! Rehearsing in your own time is also a great way to spend some time together, in the run up to the big day.

Whatever you’re looking for! We’ve run all kinds of corporate events over the years. From team building days to Christmas parties, and everything in between! Whether you’re wanting to learn a routine for a leaving do, or get the CEO up and dancing at the Christmas party, we can help. Remember, we have instructors Nationwide, so can also cater for larger companies with more than one branch or office. Give us a call or drop us an email to discuss your requirements.

It will depend exactly what you’re looking for. We’ll provide a quotation based on your requirements, and can also attend onsite meetings to discuss your event if necessary. If you do decide to go ahead, we will issue an invoice for your deposit, with your final balance being due 4 weeks before your event.

Yes, absolutely! We welcome your suggestions, and love creating bespoke routines to make your event a little different and give it a wow factor! Whether it’s a 1920s routine for a Great Gatsby Christmas party or some Line Dancing moves to get everyone up and moving in the middle of a conference, we can tailor your choreography to you and your company.

Yes. We ask for a 20% deposit to secure your instructor for your booking. We will then issue an invoice for your remaining balance which is due 4 weeks before your event.

Kids Dance Parties FAQs

Your child’s dance party will start with a warm-up in the theme of the class. They will then play a variety of dance-based games and a dance battle, before moving onto the big routine! We’ll have a break in the middle for a photo shoot and refreshments, then we’ll get back to the routine. The children will choreograph their own sections in groups, then we’ll put everything together ready for the final performance! We recommend asking the parents to arrive 10 minutes prior to the end of the party so the group have a proper audience to perform to. This schedule may be adapted slightly depending on the age and ability of the children on the day.

We recommend having at least 1 instructor for 1½ hours, using the class format outlined above. This also gives plenty of time for breaks if the children start to lose concentration and allows time for food too. Just makes sure you let us know your plans for refreshments so that our instructor can work around that.

The price of your party will vary depending on how many children you have attending, how many instructors are required and your location. There may also be additional travel costs if your instructor needs to travel a significant distance from their nearest town/city. If you have more than 15 children attending, we would recommend having 2 instructors. Pricing starts from £180, but please get in contact to discuss your requirements.

We do not arrange studios or venues for childrens parties as a community hall local to you and your childs’ friends is normally a better and more flexible option. Many of our usual studios also do not allow refreshments. We’ll just need to know the full address and postcode of your chosen venue prior to booking to enable us to check the availability of your closest instructors.

Yes please! We ask that at least one person over the age of 18 attends the party with the children. If they are particularly young, we may require more to assist with toilet trips etc! We will also require a responsible adult to sign a Declaration of Consent prior to the party, to confirm that they are aware of any risks associated with the activity.

No! Just make sure you give us an accurate estimate of how many children are likely to attend, to enable us to ensure that we have the appropriate number of instructors available.

Whatever your child loves! The party can be themed to a favourite film, band or popstar. Popular options at the moment include Little Mix, Taylor Swift and Disney.

Yes! We have a vast array of experienced instructors available, should you require something more specialist. Our instructors are used to dealing with boys and girls of all ages and can offer something to entertain the whole group.

Yes, it’s just a £50 deposit to secure your booking. This just allows us to confirm with your instructor(s) for the date and time slot you’ve chosen.
