“Wow, what a great time!  I wasn’t quite sure what to expect and some of the girls were particularly dubious – but from the minute we walked in Lauren made us all feel welcome and at ease.  Despite us all being a really talkative bunch, she controlled us brilliantly and got the job done.  We couldn’t believe we’d done the whole routine in 1.5 hours – and even managed to bust it out in the club later.  I loved the fact that it was a great way for those of us who hadn’t met each other before to get to know each other without any inhibitions from the get-go. There’s nothing like strutting your stuff across a room in front of the other girls in headband and leg-warmers to make you feel like  you can let your barriers down :0)
